MULTIMEDIA AT THE SERVICE OF THE LITURGY: DCL

 RESOURCE PERSONNEL:  Rev. Dr. Gilbert Choondal sdb. (Professor & Head of the Department of Catechetics and Youth Ministry, Kristu Jyoti College, Bangalore) and Fr. Ralino D'Souza sdb. (Director of Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim, and Professor at Don Bosco’s College and the Patriarchal Seminary, Rachol.)

DETAILS: The Seminar will consist of 2 parts: Fr. Gilbert will be the resource person of the Part I which will be held on the 3rd November 2010 (Holy Spirit Church Hall, Margao) from 9.15 am – 5.00 pm, and again repeated on 4th November 2010 (Caritas Goa Holiday Home, St. Inez- Panjim). It will deal with multimedia and its various avenues in liturgy. Part II of the Seminar will be conducted by Fr. Ralino D’Souza, who along with a team of experienced tutors, both priests and lay faithful, will help acquaint the participants with computers, and impart basic skills on making powerpoint presentations, use flash etc, use internet and help make our PPTs resourceful, and for those willing, teach to edit images using photoshop, coreldraw, etc. These practical sessions will be held at Don Bosco Oratories at Fatorda and Panjim from 9.00 – 5.00 pm on 8th and 9^th November respectively. Further details will be given on the 3^rd and 4^th November 2010.
