Accepting the suggestion made by many Church Institutions from South Goa, the Secretary of the Secretariats of Fabricas/Cofres and Confraternities is pleased to inform that, starting from March 2011, he will be available at the Clergy Home, Margao, every Second Saturday of the month from 9 am to 1 pm in order to attend to their administrative and other matters.

The Administrative Committees of Fabricas/Cofres and the Governing Councils of Confraternities may therefore approach him in the above mentioned Clergy Home on the specified day and time for signatures on the cheques, as well as for any guidance and queries.
