Whereas the present whereabouts of Adrian Rodrigues, Respondent in the above Marriage Case, are not known, he is hereby summoned to appear in person before me, the undersigned Judicial Vicar and sole Judge in the case, in the Court-room of this Patriarchal Tribunal, at Archbishop’s House, Altinho, Panaji, Goa, on 06th January 2012 at 2.30 p.m., for his oral evidence.

 

Notice is hereby served that, if the above mentioned Respondent does not appear in person before me, the undersigned, at the place, time and for the purpose as indicated, he will be declared absent from the process, which will then be conducted “ex-parte”.

 

Those knowing the above mentioned Respondent’s present whereabouts are required to bring this edictal summons to his knowledge.
