Fr. Lucio Dias: So far, yet so near ! ASSOLNA

Fr. Lucio Dias, Parish Priest of Regina Martyrum Church Assolna is currently serving at St. Anthony's Church, Waldport, Oregon, U.S.A. He is scheduled to be there for a month.
Whilst he is on the other side of the globe, he keeps in touch with his parishoners on a daily basis.
Our Mother and India - Benaulim
On the occasion of the 63rd Independence Day of India, the parish youth of St. John the Baptist gave a visual treat to the villagers through a beautiful rangoli before the altar.
Confirmation and Fr. Ubaldo’s VCD bring joy to Ambaulim Parishioners
The Parishioners of Ambaulim rejoiced and praised God as 85 children received the Sacrament of Confirmation on 18th July 2010. The Archbishop Emeritus, Rt. Rev. Raul N. Gonsalves, was the main celebrant and urged the candidates of Confirmation to be Shining Witnesses of Jesus in our society.

The occasion thundered with joy as the Parish Priest of Ambaulim, Rev. Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes, released his first VCD of Konkani songs “HANV TUZO MOG KORTAM” at the hands of the Archbishop Emeritus, Rt. Rev. Raul N. Gonsalves, to mark 18 years of his priestly life.
"Error about a quality of the person" -Rev. Dr.Rosario Oliveira defends his thesis
Fr. Rosario Oliveira hails from Tilamola, Quepem, Goa. After his primary schooling in Our Lady Mother of the Poor School, Tilamola, he completed the high school in Guardian Angel High School, Curchorrm, Goa. After S.S.C., he joined the Carmelite (OCD) and complete the Pre-University Course (XIIth Std) at Sacred Heart College, Madanthyar, Mangalore and later obtained B.A. Degree from Goa University.
BICHOLIM DEANERY CELEBRATES PASTORS DAY - Fr. Tomas Lobo
The congregation chanted “mon’xam khatir, mon’xam modlo…” as the Bicholim deanery priests walked the aisle of the Our Lady of Lourdes chapel, Cansa, Tivim to celebrate the Pastors day on 4th August, 2010, coinciding with the feast of St. John Marie Vianney. At the very outset the dean of Bicholim deanery Rev. Fr. Mateus Rodrigues accorded a warm welcome to all the priests, religious and lay people who had assembled to show their love towards their beloved pastors. He also thanked the chaplain Rev. Fr. Mariano Menezes together with his parishioners for taking pains to organize the day’s program.
